Its been more than 10 days since I completed my advanced level isha program called as bhava spandana. In short BSP :) I'm proud and fortunate to have completed bsp... It totally changed my perspective of life, or rather brought me back to my originality. Bsp erased all of my past experiences, good or bad, and made me start my life afresh. I got a lot of friends in bsp. . Everyone were so kind and caring though we never knew each other before. My stay at Isha coimbatore center was a beautiful experience. . The environment is totally spiritual and calm. After the program, I was overwhelmed when I got Sadhguru's darshan and heard his speech in reality for the first time. Tears of joy and ecstasy ran down my cheeks when I saw him. Thanks to him for bringing this marvelous change in me!!

Inner Worlds Outer Worlds
It's the right time, I happened to see this movie by chance. It explains the connection between our inner and outer worlds so beautifully with historic citations. There are 4 parts of the movie, you can watch them for free in the link below:

"Empty space is not really empty" - Einstein
"Akasha" is the nothingness or the emptiness which fills the vacuum of space. Akasha is the first element in the five elements "panchabhuta". In Sanskrit the word means "space", the very first element in creation. It is present everywhere around us, having the specific property of sound. Without Akasha, everything ceases to exist.
It starts with the formation of the Universe or the Big Bang theory. Universe's expansion is accelerating faster and faster. They say that the Universe has more mass than physics predicted. Universe consists of only 4% of normal or atomic matter, 23% is dark matter and 73% is dark energ
y, which we thought as empty space. It is like a huge nervous system/spider web running through out the universe connecting anything and everything. This is called as Higgs field, the Primordial OM and many other terms in the history.
They talk about the one vibratory source that extends through all things, through the science of Cymatics (Patterns with Sounds through a medium), concept of logos, and the vedic concept of Nada Brahma (The Universe is sound or vibration).
It is amazing to see the formations of patterns for different frequency of sounds through Water. These patterns are not random, but repeatable. And the ultimate moment is when they show the formation of animated masses when vibrations are passed through solid medium like corn startch.
After seeing this video, i tend look at the patterns in everything around me. Nothing is random, everything is pre-defined, rhythmic and cyclic. We do have unique patterns in us like our fingerprints, lines all over our body. So why not our lives too? So it may be true that our lives are pre-defined according to the frequency when we were born or came into existence.
Part 2 - The Spiral
Fibonacci in nature - the lograthmic spiral.
Sunflower - The flower petals within the sunflower's cluster are always in a spiral pattern. Generally, each floret is oriented toward the next by approximately the golden angle, 137.5°, producing a pattern of interconnecting spirals, where the number of left spirals and the number of right spirals are successive Fibonacci numbers. Typically, there are 34 spirals in one direction and 55 in the other; on a very large sunflower there could be 89 in one direction and 144 in the other. This pattern produces the most efficient packing of seeds within the flower head.

Life after Isha Yoga
The word "Thanks" is not enough to thank Sandy for making me attend this program amidst our busy life schedule!!! A path to understand life in new dimensions!!
16th Dec 2012
After the induction program into Shambavi Mahamudra and Sadhguru's speeches, I slowly started understanding that I'm not the body, not the mind and not the world around.
The first (very first) experience was when a small houselfly sat on my face. Usually i tend to shoo it away and get irritated about it. But today, I realized that it is a part of me and i am a part of the fly too. The essence of "Oneness"... i let it play on me for about 20 seconds on my face. It walked on my cheeks, nose... doing no harm at all. And it went away. It was such a bliss to watch another tiny living being touch me and doing no harm to anyone.
This is the same way saints live with animals... like Ramakrishna Paramhamsa, Sadhguru and others. They love all living beings and let them play on them.
I understood the inportance and uniqueness of Rudraksha through the class and internet research.
I experimented with the rudraksha on various veggies at home. To my surprise, I was astonished by the rudraksha's power in finding the energy in anything. And i also had a mystic feeling in me, when i could feel within me before the rudraksha could show the change outside. Then I decided to wear rudraksha, to keep my energy balanced and unaffected at all times.

Today after the Kriya, I felt that my mind was in a different world for a few minutes. My body was here.. but not my mind. To bring back my mind to present took me some time.
18th Dec 2012
Today while doing Kriya... I felt like laughing... I was laughing without any reason... the vibration of my laughter caused tears in my eyes flowing without my knowledge. I experienced a bliss!! an unexplainable feeling.. when something happens without your knowledge/logic/intention.
Started to think a lot about each moment and everything around me.. had lot of questions coming to my mind. Answers also emerged after deep thinking. Like the comparison between over-religious people with yogis... why does someone become God-like for a short time and behave differently??? (Sami varrathu) It's nothing but excess energy flowing in them... the same thing can happen if one meditates or alligns body, mind and energy... vibrations may arise in the body and they may act differently. they forget about everything around them and concentrate on one thing - God.!!
A child's behaviour and it's energy? The child has no presumptions or knowledge.. the true self. As one ages why do they become like a child again? because that's the path back to origin. . A complete circle!!
